ANYTHING BONDIAN PETE & ROB:

There is a little person whistling the theme to Goldfinger. Norman McGlen. From the REDDIT thread:
They were concerned about Lazenby being accepted as the new Bond and they made an effort to make references to the previous films wherever possible (credit sequence, desk scene, this scene, etc.).
In the audio commentary for OHMSS, director Peter Hunt says he was the one that suggested they cast a midget for this sequence. He doesn't say why they chose specifically Goldfinger for him to whistle though.
Bond is taken through to Draco. He fights off the assailants. It's a raucous fight. Kicks to camera, ricochets, and whiplash like echoes career around the walls.
He meets Draco, who tells him not to kill him until they've had a drink
Bond throws the knife at the calendar.
